We are starting swimming next Monday. Students need to bring their towels, bathing suits, brush and plastic bag to school. If they wear their bathing suit under their clothes, they need to make sure that they bring underwear with them. We will be swimming right after lunch, the bus leaves at 12:45, on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and then the following Monday and Tuesday.
Next week is also parent teacher interviews. There are still a number of students who have not booked. Please book online or call the office to book an appointment as soon as possible.
This week in Math, Mrs McLellan's group had a challenging problem to solve using multiplication and division strategies, it took us all week to be able to solve it. We will be changing math groups on Monday.
In gym this week we have been continuing games that involve hand eye coordination such as badminton. We have found badminton to be challenging.
In science this week, we are learning about how humans and animals hear and some of the similarities and differences between them.
